Where are the toys from? Are they original and authentic products?
We sell mainly toys manufactured by Disney Japan and Disney Sega Japan and fraction of toys brands Yujin Banpresto, Sanrio etc..all are imported from Japan by Singapore arcade distributor and are only available in Singapore as prizes to be won in arcade and can't be purchase from retail. All plush comes with brand new tag and hologram stickers with series number. Limited quantities are produced and certified as original and authentic Disney toy. For figurines, they are all engraved/ printed @ the back as officially Disney products.

Yes. We do ship internationally and worldwide. Just drop us an email to us projectjh@gmail.com or hit 'Ask seller a question' button at the top of the item menu. Inform us the items that you like to purchase together with your name and designated country, we will reply you shortly with shipping quotation. ^.~ For payment mode, we accept bank to bank transfer: Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Yes. There will be discount or special privilege for bulk and multiple purchases as well. Please note that any additional items for 3rd items onwards will be 20% off total postage. Not only that, you are able to save up to 70% off postage for even more items in a single payment purchase from us!

What are the conditions of the toys?
All toys are 100% brand new with tag and hologram for plush. Figurines are well packed in clean clear bag once caught. All items are from smoke free and pet free home which are not exposed to dust dirt and sunlight as well.

If the item is lost through posting what can seller and customer do?
We do our best to provide great service to all our customer. As all items are registered with tracking system, there's very low possibility that items will lost through posting. However, if the items really lost it. We will either resend a new piece to you or make a full refund if the purchased item are out of stock.
