We do our best to check and get all items in their best conditions before shipping. All items willl be sealed in clean clear bag together with bubblewrap before putting up with brown paper. We ensure that all items will be in tip-top condition when shipped out. However please understand that sometime the packages may still have very slight damage due to shipping and handling by shipping carrier. SHIPPING POLICY (SINGAPORE / NEARBY COUNTRIES)
We do accept Bank to Bank Transfer & Cash On Delivery(COD) for locals (Singapore) as well.
For COD - You don't have to place an online order but just drop us an email(email@example.com) of the items you would like to purchase and provide us your contact number and name. We will contact you shortly to arrange venue and time for collection by email or phone. Please note that we will only provide tis service if you bought more than S$50 worth of orders
For nearby countries customers who frequent to Singapore, You don't have to place an online order but just drop us an email of the items you would like to purchase and provide us your contact number and name as well as the estimated collection date. We will reserve these items for you at no extra charge! This way, you save on shipping and still able to get most mint and pristine items from us.
You have to make the full payment first which we will send a invoice to you through PayPal once we have calculate the price. Once payment has completed we will reserve for you till the collection date.
Due to the limited quantities that JhStore can orders, it is unlikely that JHStore can make another orders for that particular items once quota has hit which we will close the pre-order sales.
Please note that Pre-Order items that advertise during the month will close at the end of the month unless specify. Example: Items that list on January for Pre-Order will close at the end of January.
Customers need to pay full amount before taking any pre-orders. We afraid that there will be late cancellation after making the orders for you. Shipping fees will be invoiced in a later date once items arrived. Once payment has make we will ship the item within 1-2 working days unless specify.
For any late cancellation upon receiving the payment, 30% of the total fees will not refunded to cover the cost for the cancel orders. So order carefully if you might find it elsewhere. We appreciate your understanding.
REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGES POLICY
All sales are final. Many of the the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product which are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted and most often enhance the value. Due to international shipping costs and uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy.
However, if your merchandise has significant defect right out of the packages (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts, etc), we will do a exchange for a non-damages items or make a refund back if we have already run out of stock. You must contact us within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify. You can contact us by hitting the ''contact'' button at the bottom of the store menu and we'll reply you shortly.
JHStore will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Brand new tag and hologram sticker with the items must be included as well and must be in a resellable state. If your return does not meet these conditions, you'll be charges a 35% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you.
Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
